We accept returns if you are not happy with the purchase for any reason, however please check the details in our return policy.

Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery

The item must be unused and unworn and have all original tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse any return that show any signs of wear.

Please send us a message before posting that you intend to return an item, and we’ll reply to you with the return address accordingly.

For both quality and size issues, please contact us within 3 days after you receive the parcel.

Quality

Please read the item description and review photos carefully before making the purchase. We do our best to take good photos and explain the details of all items we are selling. If, however the item you received does not match our description and the photo on EBay, we will ask you to take a few pictures to show where the problem is and issue full refund if it’s something we have not covered in the item description or photos.

Size

Please check our size chart and recommendations for clothing and length of shoe in centimetres before making the purchase. If we happen to have advertised the size incorrectly, we will ask you to take a few photos with a measuring tape next the item and issue full refund or exchange if we were wrong. If you have chosen the wrong size, we can offer an exchange providing that we have your size in stock, or a refund, however – in this case the shipping fee will not be refundable.
